Physio didn’t work for me…
Have you tried physio for some pain or an injury, and it didn’t help? Why do you think it didn’t help?
I’ve come up with some reasons I think physios don’t help people:
The physio didn’t listen
They did the same thing every session
The plan didn’t fit with your life
It was too expensive
It hurt!
Maybe one of these resonates? Just because a physio didn’t solve everything doesn’t make them a bad physio, but it also doesn’t mean physio is the wrong choice for you. I’m sure you’ve had a bad haircut, this doesn’t mean haircuts are wrong for you, you just need to find the right hairdresser.
The most important part of seeing a physio is actually the communication. At Swell, we listen to what you need, collaborate on how a solution can fit into your life, and guide your progression towards recovery.
