Benefits of Pilates
People often ask what exercise they should do to prevent injury; a strength-based exercise that moves your whole body in every way is about as good as it gets. That’s Pilates!
Clinical Pilates can help to improve your strength, your flexibility, and reduce pain.
Whether you’re after pre/post-natal support, better balance, increased bone density, or less pain, our studio rehab classes will help.
How do I get started?
An initial assessment is required prior to doing your first rehab class.
This allows us to get to know what you want from your Pilates, so that you can hit the ground running in your first session. We will develop a tailored home program to complement your Swell sessions.
An initial assessment is also required if you plan to claim a private health rebate on your rehab classes.
