Meet James. Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor & Founder.

James graduated from a Master of Physiotherapy at Sydney University in 2012. Since then, James has trained extensively in ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™; models created by Canadian Physiotherapist Dr LJ Lee. James believes that holistic physiotherapy combined with clinical Pilates has the power to help people who have struggled with long term pain and injuries.

When not working, James enjoys hanging out with his cavoodle Harvey, running, playing football, and cooking.
